Mushrooms
Hedgehog Mushroom
Hedgehog mushroom is found in both deciduous and coniferous forest. My impression is that it grows larger in beech forest, while it can be abundant in coniferous forest. There are several different hedgehog mushrooms, and I prefer common hedgehog mushroom, alternatively terracotta hedgehog, which I most often see in beech forest.

Recipes with Hedgehog Mushroom
Hedgehog mushroom, turbot and tomato
Food is memories, and once many years ago I made a dish with hedgehog mushroom and turbot in a summer house in Northern Jutland. The mushrooms were self-picked in a nearby forest.
Tacos
Tacos are a perfect way to eat mushrooms, as they easily serve as the bread in the meal. You can portion and plate your tacos beautifully, but it's far cozier to just set out everything.
