Instructions

  1. Fry lovely winter Brussels sprouts in butter over low heat for about 30 minutes.
  2. A few leaves may turn a bit black, and the inside of some Brussels sprouts may still be crispy and sharp.
  3. Take them off the heat, and halve them.
  4. Place them shoulder to shoulder on a plate, season with salt and pepper, and grate truffle over them.
