Giant Puffball
Puffball is not that common as an edible mushroom, but there are a couple of puffballs in Denmark that can be used in the kitchen. I primarily keep to giant puffball, mostly because of its visual properties. There is something fascinating about being able to cut a centimetre-thick, plate-sized slice from a giant puffball.
