Late summer (August–September) Wild berries

Blackberries are late summer's most accessible wild berries, growing in hedgerows, forest edges and along paths throughout Denmark. The sweet, dark purple berries are rich in antioxidants and perfect for jam, desserts and simply eaten fresh from the bush.
