Popcorn are in my opinion a slightly boring snack. But with this little upgrade they really shine. Always make your own popcorn so you avoid the chemicals.

- Pour a little olive oil in the bottom of a medium-hot pot, then add your popcorn kernels.
- It is best with a pot with a tight-fitting lid, which you can shake a little along the way.
- Wait until no more popping, then add a small knob of butter and a little salt.
- Shake everything well so butter and salt are distributed. Arrange in a suitable bowl, and pour mushroom MSG over the popcorn through a tea strainer.
