I have elsewhere in the book described how I once saw a dish in a cookbook that opened a new world for me. This is my version of the same dish.
Wild ingredients
Instructions
- Find as many different mushrooms as you can. Preferably with many different textures.
- Cut them into suitable pieces, and fry them together in a pan in half butter, half oil.
- Remember not to put too many in the pan at once, as it can end up as boiled mushrooms instead of fried mushrooms.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve with lingonberries from the forest.
